My goal is to empower my clients to develop a greater awareness of the patterns and programming that has been keeping them stuck.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, I use Somatic (body focused) work, Gestalt, Hykomi, Meditation, Regression /Reprogramming and many other tools, based on what is best. I focus on working on the deeper layers of consciousness to address emotions and behaviour, as it's the body that holds all of our memories and traumas not the mind.

I continually seek out training in cutting edge methods and approaches based on neuroscience as well as alternative healing modalities.
