My goal is to empower my clients to develop a greater awareness of the patterns and programming that has been keeping them stuck.

In addition to traditional talk therapy, I use Somatic (body focused) work, Gestalt, Hykomi, Meditation, Regression /Reprogramming and many other tools, based on what is best.  I focus on working on the deeper layers of consciousness to address emotions and behaviour, as it's the body that holds all of our memories and traumas not the mind.

I continually seek out training in cutting edge methods and approaches based on neuroscience as well as alternative healing modalities.

By using this combination of "talk" therapy and other body based psychotherapy methods, you can connect with and use your body’s natural resources to integrate body, mind and spirit and emotions to overcome issues that are in the way of living your life to the fullest.

You become a witness/participant in what wants to happen naturally where you move into your most authentic response, and release old habitual reactions to learn how to live a vibrant, full life.

Your body houses your life story, your feelings and beliefs; it is an integral part of your healing process. Unacknowledged feelings from past experiences are stored in your body and then unconsciously have a powerful effect on who you are, how you behave, and how you feel about yourself.

Using the body as the gateway to awareness, buried feelings and memories can surface, freeing you from old patterns and energy blocks that keep you feeling stuck and unable to live life to its fullest. Your mind may avoid certain emotions and memories, but your body remembers it all.
